When I'm not dabbling in code, I revisit my traditional art roots as an Illustrator. My process of creating illustrations has ensured my storytelling skills are grounded in reality as I explore the essence of the human experience. During character studies I dive deep into what the character(s) motivations, needs, behaviors and interactions with their environment and other characters before I begin sketching. This has aided me in empathizing with users as they are the focal of my design process.
